Production Planning and Logistic Engineer

Qualifications:

• Experienced in Automotive Industry
• University graduate from engineering fields or related fields, preferably industrial engineering
• English is a must, German is nice to have
• 5-7 years of experience in production planning
• Good communication and team working skills
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Good PC Skills (MS Office)

Job Description:

• Ensure that capacity planning is done and updated every week based on customer call off (LAB)
• Ensure that production plan and delivery organisation is done based on customer demand
• Analyze customer order every week and define deviations from the forecast
• Inform customer on time about delivery plan in case of shortages or Schedule changes
• Ensure that material planning is done every week and purchasing requests are sent on time to Purchasing Department
• Track minimum inventory levels in plant for finished good and raw material
• Activities to increase the effectiveness of the ERP system (MS Dynamics)
• Ensure that model changes are done on time without any excess/obsolete materials.
• Manage customer rental packaging in customer portal, arrange orders on time and track alternative packaging cost with customer
• Following up department KPIs.
